Information the form requests
The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, state, selected topic, preferred contact method, and consent to follow up. It may also retain campaign-source tags. Do not submit medical, banking, government-identification, or other sensitive details.
How a request is designed to be handled
When the production email route is configured, the site is designed to store the request in a private Cloudflare D1 database and send the details to Victoria’s designated inbox so she can respond. The form must not be opened for public submissions until that route and the recipient are verified.
Business details still to confirm
The responsible business must confirm its legal identity, privacy contact, retention and deletion periods, service providers, and applicable privacy rights before launch. This page is not a complete approved privacy policy until those details are supplied and reviewed.
